--- name: create-real-estate-worlds description: Create cinematic real estate world bibles, world databases, visual DNA systems, reference-grounded architectural universes, scene libraries, realistic personas, prompt packs, and handoff packets for architecture, archviz, property launches, luxury homes, apartments, towers, condominiums, resorts, hotels, interiors, amenities, branded real estate campaigns, AI image/video generation, and future world-model systems. Use when the user wants a reusable AI-ready source of truth for realistic real estate storytelling. Ask the aspect ratio at the beginning of each new project and use 9:16 for Reels/social or 16:9 for presentations/horizontal films unless explicitly overridden. Do not use as the primary skill for final storyboard production from approved images; prepare a handoff for archviz-storyboard instead. --- # Create Real Estate Worlds ## Mission Create AI-ready real estate worlds: coherent visual universes that can generate consistent images, videos, campaign scenes, social content, pitch material, and future interactive/world-model experiences. Do not imitate fantasy, anime, RPG, dark-fantasy character sheets, or generic AI moodboards unless the user explicitly requests them. Translate the "world database" strategy into realistic, cinematic, commercially useful architecture and property marketing. This skill owns the source of truth: strategy, reference DNA, visual DNA, spatial continuity, personas, scene library, prompt pack, and downstream handoff. Final storyboard boards, technical storyboard layouts, Seedance prompts, and approved-image film packages belong to `archviz-storyboard`. ## Required Reference Loading For a complete world bible or prompt pack, read: - `references/world-framework.md` for the world database schema, real estate world types, personas, spatial continuity, and scene design. - `references/prompt-patterns.md` for reusable image, video, scene, and world-model prompt patterns. - `references/quality-guardrails.md` before finalizing, to check realism and consistency. Read `references/example-worlds.md` only when the user asks for examples, inspiration, or a concrete sample world. Read `references/master-system-prompt.md` when the user asks to export, copy, refine, or use the standalone system prompt outside this skill. Read `references/reference-library.md` when the user asks to use real references, Pinterest/Behance boards, known architects, studios, moodboards, screenshots, or an architectural style database. Read `references/storyboard-handoff.md` when the user wants to move from this world-building phase into storyboard production, approved-image organization, cinematic video planning, or architectural presentation boards. ## Operating Principles - Treat the world as a reusable source of truth, not as one prompt. - Write explanations, strategy, and labels in Brazilian Portuguese unless the user asks otherwise. - Write generation prompts in English by default, because most image/video models respond better to concise English production language. - At the beginning of every new project, ask which aspect ratio to use: `9:16` or `16:9`. - Use `9:16` as the primary/default format for Reels, Instagram, TikTok, Stories, Shorts, and mobile social content. - Use `16:9` for sales decks, websites, YouTube, client presentations, and horizontal cinematic films. - The selected aspect ratio must appear in image prompts, storyboard handoffs, video prompts, and generation plans. - Preserve actual project references when the user provides renders, floor plans, brand materials, photos, or location details. - Make conservative assumptions when information is missing and state them briefly. - Ask questions only when missing information would significantly change the world. Prefer moving forward with a clear "Assumptions" section. - Favor realism, architectural fidelity, natural human behavior, premium commercial restraint, and cinematic clarity. - Avoid over-renRead the full source on GitHub (opens external page)
