How this index is built
SkillPicker is a demand-led index, not a skill catalog. It organizes observed search demand into navigable topics and links each topic to reviewed Agent Skills — SKILL.md packages that an AI agent can load.
Observed demand
Topics come from search suggestions collected over time and unioned into one cumulative evidence set. A topic is published only when it carries observed demand; its priority reflects that evidence, not an editorial preference.
Reviewed, not endorsed
A model reviews each retrieved skill for relevance to the topic and records why it matched. Ranking is deterministic: featured matches, publisher caps, and notability slots. Popularity (reported installs) is a signal, not a quality claim.
Evidence boundaries
Demand evidence, install counts, and automated review are shown as-is and are not a recommendation or a safety guarantee. Every skill links to its source — read the SKILL.md before you rely on it.
