description: Create professional architectural visualization storyboards, project storyboard packages, moodboards, architectural detail boards, film-sequence boards, clean keyframe plans, GPT Image board prompts, and Seedance video prompt packages for real estate presentations. Use when the user provides archviz renders, photos, floor plans, real estate assets, approved images, or a create-real-estate-worlds handoff and wants cinematic storyboard boards with strict architectural fidelity. Default project formats are 9:16 for Reels/social and 16:9 for presentations/horizontal films; ask the aspect ratio at the beginning of each new project.

# Archviz Storyboard

## Core Job

Create professional storyboards and project storyboard packages for architectural visualization and real estate presentations.

This skill is the main/orchestrator skill for turning real estate assets or a `create-real-estate-worlds` handoff into:

- director-grade storyboard plans;
- GPT Image storyboard board prompts;
- individual scene boards;
- architectural detail boards;
- 4 to 6 frame film-sequence boards;
- clean keyframe plans;
- Seedance-ready video prompts after boards/keyframes are approved.

Match the user's language for explanations. For Brazilian users, answer in Portuguese. Write model prompts in English unless the user asks otherwise.

## First Question: Aspect Ratio

At the beginning of every new storyboard or project package, ask which aspect ratio to use: `9:16` or `16:9`.

Use only these two formats unless the user explicitly asks for another:

- `9:16` is the primary/default format for the user, especially Reels, Instagram, TikTok, Stories, Shorts, and mobile social content.
- `16:9` is for sales decks, websites, YouTube, client presentations, and horizontal cinematic films.

If the user already says Reels, Instagram, Shorts, TikTok, Stories, social, or mobile, default to `9:16` and state that choice. If the user says presentation, website, YouTube, sales deck, or horizontal film, default to `16:9` and state that choice.

The selected aspect ratio controls every generated image, storyboard frame, clean keyframe, and video prompt.

## Required Reference Loading

Choose references by task. Do not load everything by default.

- Use `references/fidelity-and-assets.md` when the user provides renders, photos, floor plans, site plans, approved images, real project assets, or a `create-real-estate-worlds` handoff.
- Use `references/storyboard-board-rules.md` when creating GPT Image storyboard boards, per-frame prompts, shot grids, local timecodes, board labels, or board evaluation.
- Use `references/video-motion-rules.md` when planning camera movement, pacing, transitions, Seedance prompts, sound, continuous start/end frames, or video continuity.
- Use `references/narrative-patterns.md` when choosing the story arc for a house, tower, apartment, loteamento, resort, interior, development, Reel, or presentation film.
- Use `references/project-storyboard-package.md` when the user asks for approved-image organization, boards per room, boards per facade, moodboards, presentation boards, a complete project storyboard package, or a 4 to 6 frame film sequence.
- Use `references/architectural-detailing-menu.md` when the user asks for technical callouts, executive documentation language, interior details, exterior details, material transitions, millwork, countertops, lighting, ceiling, facade, drainage, landscape, pool, openings, or construction/detail annotations.
- Use `references/video-style-profiles.md` when the user asks to define video styles, use previous reference videos, choose a preset, combine styles, or design a social reel style.
- Use `references/camera-movement-library.md` when the user asks for camera movement vocabulary, movement safety tiers, transition names, or detailed movement planning.
- Use `references/photorealism-and-continuity.md` when the user asks for professional quality, photorealism, real-
